How do I check my reward point balance?
You can check your reward balance in-store or by looking it up on the Toast Guest Rewards portal here!.
Do you have nutritional information available for your bakery products?
Yes! Please visit our full ingredient list for comprehensive information about our Bakery Products.
Do you ship your bakery products?
At this time, we do not, but we are hoping to add this option in the future. Be sure to follow us on social media for any updates!
Do you have sugar free options?
Our paleo products are naturally sweetened with honey or fruit. We currently do not have any cupcakes or breads that are made with artificial, zero sugar, sweeteners. We offer a keto cheesecake for special order that is sweetened purely with monk fruit, and is zero sugar. We are hoping to expand our line of sugar free products in the future.
How long do your breads keep?
Our breads are baked fresh daily and contain no preservatives, and therefore, have a shorter shelf life than traditional store bought bread. We recommend storing the traditional loaf breads on the counter for no more than 3 days, in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to 8 weeks. It is best to slice the bread prior to cooling in either the refrigerator or freezer. All paleo breads should be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week or frozen for up to 8 weeks.
How long do the cupcakes/cakes keep?
With no preservatives, we recommend enjoying our freshly baked cupcakes within 2-3 days of purchase for best flavor and texture. If you are needing to store for longer, you can freeze the cupcakes and let thaw at room temperature for a few hours before enjoying!
How do I reheat the bread and biscuits?
Gluten free bread is enjoyed best toasted or warmed. This allows the proteins within the bread to relax and the bread to soften. We recommend lightly toasting the loaf bread slices in a toaster oven, or even on a griddle with a little butter or fat of your choice.
How do I store the cupcakes?
We recommend enjoying your cupcakes at room temperature. If you are eating the cupcakes the same day as you pick up, it is recommended to keep the cupcakes at room temperature. If you are storing the cupcakes overnight, place in the refrigerator overnight and then pull out about 2 hours prior to serving.
Do I need to refrigerate my cake?
We recommend enjoying your cake at room temperature. If you are eating the cake the same day you pick it up, it is recommended to keep the cake at room temperature. If you are storing the cake overnight, place it in the refrigerator overnight and then pull it out about 3 hours prior to serving. If you are picking up a designer cake, there may be special instructions for storage, so please check with our staff before leaving with your cake.
I have a nut allergy, are you able to accommodate?
We are a dedicated gluten free facility, but do process other allergens in our space, including dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. We do have a thorough cross contact training progress we undergo with all of our staff in order to educate on how to properly handle allergens. It is important to note, though, that there is a risk of cross contact with allergens other than gluten within the facility.
How do I place a cake order and how far in advance should I order?
You can place a cake order online by navigating to “Order Now” and clicking on “Order a Cake”. You are also able to order in person at the restaurant, or over the phone, during normal business hours. If you are looking to place a custom order cake, please fill out the inquiry form found here: (insert link later) We always recommend providing as much advance notice as possible when ordering a cake. Custom orders require 72 hours notice and standard cake orders require 24 hours notice.
I have an inspiration picture for a custom cake, can you replicate it?
We are happy to use inspiration photos to recreate a design. It is important to note that our cakes are made by hand, and are not “photoshopped” in real life. While we can use a picture as inspiration to the best of our ability, it is likely it will not be an exact replica of the photo. We appreciate you allowing our talented team to create a custom cake just for you!
Are you able to deliver cake or bakery orders locally?
At this time, we do not offer a delivery feature for cakes. For cupcakes and bistro treats, please visit DoorDash or Grubsouth for delivery options.
