Book a Consultation

01.

We begin the process by scheduling a consultation. This can be done either in person or over the phone. At the consultation we will discuss your plans for your wedding, including date, venue, other vendors already booked, color and design scheme and desired menu style. If you don’t have these details figured out, don’t worry! We can help you through the process.

Work Together to Create a Menu

Once we decide on the menu style, we will start discussing specific menu items. At the end of this consultation, we will have one or more menu builds that we use to put together an initial quote for your wedding.

Receive Proposal and Set Up Tasting

Within one week (often faster!) we will email you a full proposal, along with a link to schedule a tasting.

Explore Your Tasting Menu

At the tasting, you will be able to sample your menu items, including 3 appetizers, 1 salad, 2 proteins, 2 starches and 2 vegetables. At just $20 per person, it's a fun meal out that many have told us is a memorable part of their wedding journey. Depending on the request, we may be able to add a few more items to your tasting for an additional charge. After you have enjoyed your tasting, we will discuss what you liked and further narrow in on the menu for your special day!

Secure Date with $500 Deposit

When you are ready, you may secure your date with a non refundable $500 deposit. This ensures your have reserved your wedding date on our calendar. Please note we are unable to save your date without the deposit.
Not to worry, we can still make changes to your menu until 1 month before the event, and are able to make updates to your final guest count until 2 weeks before the event. 

Schedule Final Planning Call

Approximately one month prior to the wedding we will contact you to schedule a final planning call. This is when we will finalize all details, walk through the plan, and review any questions or updates you may have.

In your final planning call, we will finalize the menu, along with all others details, and review any other questions you have.

Finalize Guest Count Two Weeks Before a Wedding

In order to be fully prepared for your event, we will need a final guest count two weeks before your wedding. 

Final Balance Ready for Payment 1 Week Before the Wedding

Once the guest count and menu are finalized in our call, we will send along the final invoice for payment no later than 1 week before the event.
