"The venture's signage and menu proudly touts its fare as "100 percent gluten-free" and for those (including myself) who've written off gluten-free diets (originally developed to treat celiac disease by excluding the protein composite gluten) as faddish and/or cult-like, prepare to feel like a bonehead. Mason Dixon's lunch fare is full-on scrumptious. The food concepts, creative. And much more accessible than us common folk might anticipate. The Chicken Apple & Brie Sandwich particularly is an impressive, intriguing sandwich.
