When ordering online you are agreeing to the following rules & stipulations.
The staff at Mason Dixon takes tremendous pride when shipping our products to you. Every order is handled with extreme care so that it arrives in perfect condition. Each cake is hand-wrapped in cellophane and then gently placed in one of our cooler boxes. We ship all of our cakes and cupcakes frozen to ensure that they arrive flawlessly on your doorstep.
Orders require 48 hours for ordering processing prior to shipment. Once your order is placed we will contact you when the item has shipped.
Before serving, please let cupcakes and cakes stand at room temperature for 3-4 hours. Mason Dixon baked goods are meant to be enjoyed as soon as possible. If you plan to store them we recommend placing them in an airtight container at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or refreeze Mason Dixon cakes and cupcakes, as this tends to dry them out.
Shipments are only made within the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. All shipments are delivered via FedEx.
Refunds cannot be given for shipments once it leaves our facility for the following reasons:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Delays caused during Major Holidays.
- Weather related delivery issues.
- Problems beyond our control.
- Cakes which have become unusable due to failure to follow instructions marked on the packaging by the recipient.
- Damaged caused by third party delivery company
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Shipping addresses with a PO Box will cause a delay until we can obtain a correct shipping address.
We cannot be held responsible for packages left at an address when someone is out-of-town. Please make sure the recipient will be home before submitting an order.
We cannot be responsible for packages that arrive late, cannot be delivered due to signature requirements, or do not arrive at all to Schools, Colleges, or Universities due to addresses that are not deliverable by FedEx. Many schools have Post Office mailing addresses for students to which FedEx cannot deliver to. We recommend calling the school ahead of time to obtain a correct shipping address of the student prior to placing your order.
All perishable orders are shipped Monday - Tuesday to arrive within three days or Monday - Wednesday to arrive within two days. Please allow 48 hours for order processing. Overnight shipments are available Monday - Thursday for an additional charge. You must contact us directly at email@example.com if you are interested in overnight shipping.
We cannot send out Shipments on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day as FedEx is either closed or not picking up packages. Packages will not be delivered on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
